Use Device (Group)
The Gnomes are very skilled in what they call "teknoligy", and can create machines that can sometimes be somewhat useful, but more often cam be quite dangerous.
Some off these devices seem to be magical, and are powered by a crystal, while others seem to be more mechanical, and are powered by gears and clockwork. Nobody other than gnomes seem to understand how most of these machines work.
